Welcome to Quality Dental! We want your first visit to feel easy and stress-free, so here is everything you need to know before you arrive at our Charlestown office.

What to bring: a photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, a list of current medications, and any recent dental X-rays from a previous provider. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can complete your new-patient paperwork — or download the forms in advance from a link we will email you when you book.

Insurance we accept: Delta Dental (Premier and PPO), Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental, MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, United Concordia, Principal, and most other major PPO plans. We will verify your benefits before your appointment and give you a clear estimate of any out-of-pocket cost before treatment begins.

Payment options: for patients without insurance, we offer competitive cash-pay pricing and accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and CareCredit financing for larger treatment plans such as implants, full-mouth restorations, and cosmetic makeovers. We will never recommend treatment you do not need, and we will always present alternatives when more than one option exists.

What to expect at your first visit: a comprehensive exam with digital X-rays and oral cancer screening, a gentle cleaning with one of our experienced hygienists, and an unhurried conversation with the dentist about your goals and any concerns. Most new-patient visits take about 60–75 minutes.
